It presents an overview of the political rights of women within the context of the 90th anniversary of the foundation of the Costa Rican Feminist League, on October 12th, 1923 in the Colegio Superior de Señoritas. The article offers a brief historical review of the participation of women in social and political events related to electoral processes and the demand for the right to vote for women during the first decades of the XX century and up to 1925 in Costa Rica. It highlights some actions of two outstanding female voters from 1912 to 1025, Ángela Acuña y Sara Casal
Repaso de los derechos políticos de las mujeres con motivo del 90 aniversario de la fundación de la Liga Feminista Costarricense el 12 de octubre de 1923 en el Colegio Superior de Señoritas. El artículo ofrece un breve recorrido histórico de la participación de mujeres en hechos sociales y políticos relacionados con procesos electorales y la demanda del derecho el sufragio para las mujeres durante las primeras décadas del siglo XX y hasta 1925 en Costa Rica.
