A guide to Results-Based Management (RBM), efficient project planning with the aid of the Logical Framework Approach (LFA)

This guidance presents the planning method "Logical Framework Approach" (LFA), which is one of the methods for Results-Based Management (RBM) that is used by many of Sida's cooperation partners. LFA is an extensive, participatory and integral method that delivers a well-structured plan with clearly measurable objectives and well-defined, relevant activities and indicators. The method facilitates the planning, monitoring and management of change processes so that they can achieve positive and sustainable results. The guidance is also intended as an aid when assessing project and programme proposals that have used this method
