The present study deals with the case of a 33-year-old male, divorced and with higher education, hospitalized in a Therapeutic Community due to alcohol consumption since he was 15 years old and cannabis from the age of 25, meeting the ICD-10 diagnostic criteria for a mental and behavioral disorder due to the use of multiple drugs or other psychoactive substances, with dependence syndrome currently in abstinence in a protected environment; establishing a case study with a mixed approach. The assessment was carried out by means of motivational interview and application of psychological instruments, Brief Symptom Checklist (LSB-50); Barrat Impulsivity Scale (BIS); Alcohol, Smoking and Subtance Involvement Screening Test (ASSIST); Alcohol Use Disorders Identification Test (AUDIT), Cannabis Abuse Screnning Test (CAST). The intervention plan had an integrative approach composed of 9 sessions with cognitive-behavioral and gestalt techniques
En el presente estudio se aborda el caso de un varón de 33 años, estado civil divorciado y con escolaridad superior, internado en una Comunidad Terapéutica debido al consumo de alcohol desde los 15 años de edad y cannabis a partir de los 25, cumpliendo los criterios diagnósticos de la CIE-10. F19.21, para un trastorno mental y del comportamiento debido al consumo de múltiples drogas o de otras sustancias psicoactivas, con síndrome de dependencia en la actualidad en abstinencia en un medio protegido; estableciendo un estudio de caso con un enfoque mixto. La evaluación se realizó mediante entrevista motivacional y aplicación de instrumentos psicológicos, Listado de Síntomas Breve (LSB-50); Escala de Impulsividad de Barrat (BIS); Alcohol, Smoking and Subtance Involvement Screening Test (ASSIST); Test de identificación de Trastornos debido al Consumo de Alcohol (AUDIT), Cannabis Abuse Screnning Test (CAST). El plan de intervención tuvo un enfoque integrativo compuesto de 9 sesiones con técnicas cognitivo-conductuales y gestálticas
