Descripción del título

The little bear cried in despair because he'd lost his dream. The giraffe stretched its long neck and searched the sky, the horse covered the land, the frog swam to the bottom of the river... but nothing of what they brought back made little bear stop crying... What does a little pink bear dream about? The giraffe brought a scarf; the horse, horseshoes; the frog, sunglasses... Without realizing it, they had been chasing their own desires, not those of the little bear; and only the owl, the animal always associated with wisdom, is able to find a solution. In a simple and effective way, Roberto Aliaga presents us with a tale that speaks of the need to be understanding, and to see through others' eyes to achieve it; wanting to help someone exacts more than good intentions: that is what the owl teaches us in a rather simple gesture. Helga Bansch, very knowledgeable about the childhood world, creates some very affectionate and sweet characters, that empathize from the beginning with first readers; in each image, the Austrian illustrator leaves a wink, a detail in which the smallest can enjoy themselves and set their imagination free.
